As requested, here is the PF calculation Excel sheet where the amount is automatically calculated. However, converting amounts into words automatically is somewhat challenging to arrange. Perhaps a specific Payroll software can be used in this regard.

Dear All,
This is Roopa. I have joined a company as an accountant. Here, there is no consultant for ESIC & PF return filing. I have to do it by myself. I know salary preparation and employee deductions - deduction of PF at 12% and ESIC at 4.75%. Please suggest further steps for taking up the return filing and challan generation of ESI & PF.
