Current CTC means how much you are getting paid in the present working place. Your Expected CTC will depend on Current CTC. That is what you will be getting from the new company you intend to join.

Dear Annapurna,

CTC stands for Cost to Company. Whenever an employee contributes from their side towards the organization and it yields returns, the company pays the employee. This payment becomes a cost for the company, hence the term Cost to Company (CTC).

Thank you.
