Wow, I can't thank you enough for this. I'm in the last year of an HRM BA (Hons) Degree, and this semester one of our courses is Management Development, due in 2 days, inclusive of a PDP compared to answers from interviewing an experienced manager. I'm pulling an all-nighter; in fact, I don't think I have time to sleep for the next 3 days. This really clarified what should go into my PDP. Again, thanks so much.
