It is a very lengthy process. First, you have to approach the local ESI office and meet with an ESI Inspector. You must have the Organization ESI Code and seek the assistance of the ESI inspector.
In the normal course, you have to deduct 1.75% of BASIC DA VDA from employees' salaries and then remit it to the ESI corporation every month in the prescribed form, along with 4.75% of employer contribution.
If you are a beginner, you can also approach an ESI Consultant.
