I am working in a Pvt Ltd company in New Delhi for the last two and a half years. Until now, I have not received any PF details from my company even though I have my PF number. Every month, the PF amount is deducted from my salary, but I have no details. Please tell me how I can get these details. Is there a website where I can find this information? Please suggest to me.

Hi Prakash,

If your company is deducting PF amount from your salary, you can obtain your details from Form 6-A, which should be maintained by the employer. Based on the yearly return (for the period March to February), the PF Department issues the subscriber's annual statement of accounts for a particular year in Form No. 23. This statement includes all details such as the opening balance, interest during the year, contributions during the year, refunds/withdrawals during previous years, and the closing balance as provided by the PF Authorities.

In your case, if you have been working in your organization for more than 2 years, you can request slips (Form 23) from the PF Department or the HR Department of your company. It is the duty of the employer to distribute these slips among the subscribers.

Regards,
Anuj
