Dear All, Great to see all sharing the knowledge! I have joined a new organization, and my first task is to prepare the employee communication framework. I have pulled in some of my thoughts broadly: Newsletter, Emailers (sharing information about the organization), creating high-impact touchpoints, bi-annual Town Hall, etc. I need your help in putting them into a complete framework to present the same to the management and further cascade it into action.

Hey Nitu, good initiative. I would suggest that you try to create a framework first and then take our suggestions to improve it. This way, you will learn better. Also, the way you understand the requirements of your organization, we won't be able to justify that. So, go ahead, make a framework, and we are all here to help you make it better.
