I would like to seek some insights regarding my current situation at work.

A month ago, I had a confrontation with my boss due to a training course they disallowed me from attending, despite a nomination from a partner agency. After this incident, my boss started to bully me. She is rude when asking for updates, gives impossible deadlines, and excludes me from the activities of our division. She has been somewhat grumpy before, but now I notice I'm the only person she acts this way towards. Yesterday, I learned that she is making deliberate efforts to prevent me from attending an important meeting with the sector I handle because she intentionally kept the document on her desk and wouldn't have informed me if I hadn't asked her.

How to Deal with a Difficult Boss

How do I deal with this kind of boss? Any advice?

Option to Consider: Quitting the Organization

You have only one option: quit the organization. However, if you provide more details such as the size of the organization, how long you and your boss have been with the organization, etc., you might receive different advice.

I have been with the organization for 5 years now. She has been there for 13 years. There are 100 authorized positions in our organization; however, only 70% of the total number of authorized positions have been filled. We have an average turnover rate of 14% of personnel in the past two years. Most staff who resigned are under her. I guess I may have to follow the ranks soon. Thanks!
