Our company applied for smart cards on 17th September 2010, but we have not received them for our employees yet. I contacted the ESI agent, and he mentioned that the smart cards will be sent directly from Delhi. I believe we should receive the smart cards within the next two months. Employees are inquiring about their cards, and I am unable to provide them with an update. Please assist me in determining whom I should contact regarding the ESI smart cards.

Please note, I have been informed by our company that they have not yet received my ESI Smart Card from the ESI Department, and it takes at least 6 months for the same. I have not been provided any temporary card from them.
Please let me know what to do in case of medicine?
Please also inform me on how to check if the ESI Smart Card status has been completed by the ESI Department so that I can coordinate with my company.
