Some methods that work are:
1. Critical incident interviews: too time-consuming.
2. Focus groups as part of off-site training: very effective, quick, and validated by peers and managers.
3. Online questionnaires by self and manager: valid if based on the competency framework and linked to short-term results. Quick and easy.
We sell 360-degree feedback ASP software in India. As it is customizable, you can input your competencies and capture the data in graphical format.
You can open an account with us, and we can help you try it out as a sample. For self and manager, the cost of processing is only Rs 500. You can get a sizable discount if you buy bulk credits.
