Hi HRs,

This is G V Pujar. I am facing new questions from employees regarding our company's salary payment methods. In our company, salary is paid with a portion going into the PF deducted account and the other portion in Voucher Payment. For example, 6500 in PF and 4500 in Voucher payment. The payslip is issued only for the PF account salary. Now, employees are asking for the Voucher Salary to be included in the payslip. I am unsure how to display it on the payslip. Sir, kindly help regarding this issue.

Hello Pujar,

Basically, what your employees are asking for is to pay the FULL salary in white—not partially in black, which is what the voucher payments are all about.

When it comes to what you can do, I don't think you can handle it since such decisions are made by the Top Management. Take up the issue with your boss. And if the management says 'no way,' then also ask them how to handle the employees.
