Hi, I am actually looking for resume tips and some tips about cover letters. Generally, we can easily find resume tips, but it's not as easy to find tips for cover letters. So, my question to all is: Is a cover letter necessary? If the answer is yes, then can't I just mass-produce the same letter for all the companies I'm interested in working for?
