New HR Executive Alone in the Role: How Do I Set Up an HR Department from Scratch?

hii m divyu .. new to cite hr nd m working as an hr executive in an orgn. which has no other hr person. sp please help me out in what to do to set up a proper hr there? plss i reallly need ur help!!!

To make your presence , i would suggest you to start small, make your fundamentals strong , and then the build the HR presence. You cant get noticed in a single day, so take your time .. Sriram
