It all depends on you. How's the atmosphere of your office? How comfortable are they with each other? Are they interested in celebrating? If yes, you can bring cake, snacks, soft drinks, and celebrate in the office at 12 o'clock with a DJ, dance party, some games, etc.

Thanks, Atul. But yours is a small organization with 30 employees. We have a friendly work environment; the only restriction is time – we can't stay beyond 6 o'clock. Management won't permit a DJ. We are planning to celebrate it on January 1. I am looking for some innovative ideas within a limited budget.

Nice to know that you are organizing a New Year Celebration at your office. We are also planning the same on 31st Dec. We have a limited budget and time constraints, so we are celebrating it post-lunch. We have planned to initiate the celebration with an interesting presentation of our company's achievements in the current year, along with employees' contributions. This will be followed by cake cutting, some interesting games, prizes for winners, and refreshments. We are also planning to give a dress theme to employees for that particular day, and we will announce the best-dressed employees, male and female.
Hope it will help you.
