This role involves overseeing the full range of Training & Development initiatives for TiG Global's clients in India and abroad. The selected candidate will need to be based in the Middle East for a year as part of the service delivery.
The Head of Training & Development will serve as the subject matter expert in executing Training & Development projects for TiG Global.
Education & Experience
MBA or PhD from a reputable university with over 10 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs for various levels. The candidate should be capable of delivering soft skills training programs and leadership programs when applicable.
Skills & Knowledge
- Training need identification and analysis
- Preparation of training calendar and process
- Training program design and module preparation
- Conducting training programs (self and through vendors)
- Training impact analysis/Training program evaluation
- Ability to think creatively and deliver both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to influence the leadership team and provide coaching
- Training program methodology and process improvements
