Dear All, I am working for one of the fabrication manufacturing companies. While working here, I would like to understand how manpower limits are defined. For example, is there a calculation based on a percentage of the turnover or a percentage of the material in tonnage production held? Or perhaps there is another calculation method used. I am seeking this information to monitor the manpower utilization in relation to production and to effectively plan for the manpower needed for incoming projects. I appreciate your response.

- Direct single relationship = n
- Group relationship = n(2n-1)
- Cross = n(n-1)
Here, 'n' represents the number of subordinates reporting to a supervisor.
