I am Neha Sachdev, working as a Senior HR Executive for AVL India Technical Centre. I have various employees working under me, such as Technicians, Test Bed Operators, and Test Bed Engineers, whose work includes handling various types of tools (including sharp-edged/heated/heavy equipment) and machinery, managing engine components, and assembling/disassembling engines while working in shifts.
I also oversee Senior Engineers whose work mainly involves sedentary tasks on computer machines. I am looking to organize training sessions for them, focusing on their occupational health and hazards, preventive measures to be taken, etc. The training or health check-up will cover topics like:
1. First Aid
2. Computer Usage & Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
3. Office Stress Management
I would also like to know how the training sessions will be arranged, the ideal group size for each session, and the charges per head, per group, per training.
