I am Sangeetha. I have finished my MBA in HR with Marketing (2009 pass-out). I worked as a coordinator during my project period at Wipro. After receiving my Provisional, I joined as an MR (ISO Coordinator) at RSI and am still working there. Alongside, I am learning HR activities in my company. I have started recruiting people for my company and am currently learning salary breakdowns with the help of my HR Manager. Please help me understand how to calculate ESI, PF, etc. (Basic).
