1873- Manage a team of Process Engineering Section Managers and Engineers, providing them with technical guidance towards achieving the company goals and objectives.
- Establish visions and key objectives for the department, assisting subordinates in developing knowledge and methodologies for better execution of their duties as well as their career advancement.
- Drive the engineering excellence teams to meet the manufacturing parameter targets and ensure the process and equipment are at a high-performance level, assuring the products are of high quality, high yield, low defect density, and low cost.
- Liaise with external suppliers and professionals from other sites to provide specific needs for the department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Material Science, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering, preferably with 8–10 years of relevant working experience in etching or masking in the wafer fab industry.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers with clear direction for achieving the company's goal.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- Technical skills including problem-solving, statistical data analysis, and design of experiments are essential.
