Steps to Set Up the Rupee Symbol
Please find herewith the Rs. Symbol file and steps for setup. If your system does not allow you to copy and paste the file into the FONT folder, then save it to the C or D drive and then import it.
Step 1
Copy and paste the attachment font file “Rupee_Foradian” to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Fonts.
Step 2
Open an MS Office file (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and press the key indicated below.
Step 3
Select the “Rupee” font from the drop-down list of your fonts in your application and press the key just above your tab button. It will display the new rupee symbol of India. Try it. It's done.
