Dear Team, Labour Welfare fund , whether employer has to deduct from management cadre also? employee share Rs.7 and Employer Rs.14 correct? Pls clarify doubt.

Labour welfare fund is to be deducted from all employees other than those who are specifically designated as supervisors/managers. The deduction for the labour welfare fund is at Rs.7 per employee, with an additional Rs.14 as the employer's share, totaling Rs.21 to be paid to The Secretary, Tamilnadu Labour Welfare Board, Chennai 600006 on or before 31st January 2011. The deduction should be made from the employees in the December 2010 payroll.
Form A is to be submitted along with the cheque/DD remittance. A specimen form of Form A is attached.
