Hello everyone,

I am working with a software development company. If anybody can shed some light on how to conduct an exit interview survey. For example, when we conduct exit interviews, employees provide their comments and suggestions on areas of improvement. Sometimes, employees offer helpful suggestions that we need to consider for further organizational improvement. To achieve this, we need to prepare a report that will contain all the constructive suggestions based on priority, on which the company can act. We utilize a standard exit interview questionnaire, and once the employee completes it, a face-to-face interview is conducted by HR.

My question is: How should we proceed to prepare a report that consolidates all the information and assists the company in making decisions based on the exit interview report?

Thank you in advance.
