Dear all,
I've been working for 3 months with a private consultancy and am thinking of changing jobs for various reasons. This is my first job. All I want to know is, is 3 months too soon to change my first job? Or would it be better to complete 6 months and then think of a job change?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Don't prioritize your comfort in the job during the initial stage of your career. Work hard to establish good stability. Stay committed to your current job and focus on learning new skills. If you find yourself in a position where there is no opportunity for growth or learning, it may be beneficial to consider seeking a new job where you can acquire knowledge and develop your skills.
Best regards,
