Let me start from the very beginning. I was selected by Mafoi Management Consultants Limited, which was carried out on behalf of their client RELIANCE WEBSTORE PVT LTD on 31.12.2002. On the 7th of June 2003, I received the offer letter (dated 01.05.2003) with Employee Code 30000622 from SMART INFOSOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (Registered Office: 806/807, Embassy Centre, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400021). On March 19th, 2004, I received a continuation of service letter from SMART INFOSOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, stating as "On the Job Certification." On April 4th, 2005, I received a letter from SYNERGY INFOCOMM SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED with its registered office on Thane Belapur Rd, Navi Mumbai - 400709, stating a transition to a Reliance Group Company, "NIS Sparta."
In April, there was another change in the appointment letter as we were moved to PRAGATI VALUE ADDED PEOPLE EMPLOYABILITY SOLUTIONS PVT LTD (with New Employee Code 27600961), Ref HRO PVAPS/RWW/HIR-CLSM/1023/27600961, which has its registered and corporate office in New Delhi.
Now, during these transitions from MaFoi, SMART INFOSOLUTIONS PRIVATE, SYNERGY INFOCOMM SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, and PVAPS (31.12.2002 to 30.04.03, 01.05.03 to 03.04.05, 04.04.05 to 29.04.05, and 30.04.05 to 24.02.07), we were continuously informed by HR Personnel at Reliance House, Kolkata, that we were being moved into different payroll entities, and our PF amount was being transferred to these entities, ensuring it was safe and we would receive the entire amount.
There were two PF Account numbers given to me: MH/46714/657 and DL/31881/955, stating that the PF amount in Account MH/46714/657 would automatically transfer to DL/31881/955 when we were transferred to different entities. I initially joined as a Sales Executive at Shivam Chambers Web World, Ballygaunje, and later transferred to Barrackpore Web World as a Customer Care Executive.
Note: My PF starting from DL has been cleared last year, but to this day, my PF still lying with Maharashtra MH/46714/657 is not cleared.
Please help me, as this has been a long-pending issue since 2005 as per SMART INFOSOLUTIONS, but there was no information given to us by them.
