Thank you very much for this lovely presentation. I need some information regarding the performance measurement index. I work in a software development company where we divide the salary into two components: fixed and variable. We plan to disburse the variable component on a monthly basis based on the targets.
I need to understand how to develop measures, what indicators to use, and what methodology to employ for mapping the measures to generic performance. I am eagerly awaiting your valuable inputs.
