Dear All, I am attaching a presentation on personality. Have a look on it. With Regards Smita Choudhary Alwar

Dear Smitha Choudhary,
I regret that I am unable to mention a word of praise for the PPT. Having gone through it repeatedly, I found nothing of your own contribution. All that theory told through the years is reproduced. Every time I go through a new presentation, I expect something new and fail to get anything from this!
Personality Reflections
Starting with the pictures on the first slide, personality is reflected only by famous people. This implies that ordinary people have no personality. Not only you, but most people who write on personality highlight only such people, and you only repeated this. I feel every individual has a unique personality.
I remember having studied the meaning of the Greek word "persona" as "mask" and believed that there is no other meaning. Now I realize there is another meaning—"speak out"—from your presentation.
Factors Influencing Personality
Again, a doubt came up. Personality depends upon heredity and environment, which is nature and nurture. In time, maturity too will have its influence. Other factors, as you mentioned—culture, family, and situation—are they not part of the environment?
Achieving Personality-Job Fit
The part I liked in your presentation is "Achieving Personality-Job-Fit." As psychophysical systems of an individual, if assessed and through selection, training, and placement matched satisfactorily with his job, excellent results can be expected from any person in the profession.
Please bear with me; I cannot avoid writing what I feel is right.
Regards,
