Hanuman Ji, when faced with the huge ocean that needed to be crossed to search for Sita Ji in Lanka, became disheartened. Hanuman Ji was then reminded of his immense power by Jamvant. He then became so big that he crossed the sea in one jump. Similarly, we also have to remind ourselves of our limitless potential. We can do anything we set out to do.

According to ancient wisdom, everything is created twice: once in our mind and then in reality. Such is the power of imagination and mind.

Every success in whatever field starts from a few hundred grams of mass sitting on our shoulders called mind. It is like a muscle—use it, or it will wither. Our thoughts act as the messenger, and the whole universe sets out to help us in whatever we dream or determine to do.

A mind troubled by doubts cannot focus on the path to success.

Hi Vipul,

Great thought and a very right one as well. It is true that everyone has immense powers hidden within him/her, and the only need is to realize those powers and put them into use. It is here where the role of leaders comes into play. A leader, who would be a manager in most organizations, should look for the hidden potential in his team members and motivate them to use those powers. Then, there is no doubt that his team would do wonders.

Best wishes,

Many of us are unaware of the immense power within us, both inherent and achieved. In so many words, we can say that this power must be developed. Especially from childhood, every parent should take care to identify the hidden power of their children and support them in developing it.

Marcus Buckingham has said in his book that the idea he has criticized is the belief in human beings as having unlimited potential. He emphasizes the importance of knowing your strengths before pursuing a particular direction. The movie "3 Idiots" effectively illustrates this point about strengths and passion.
