How does the HR system of a retail industry work? Is it similar to any HR system of other industries? What are the various drawbacks faced by HR personnel in the retail industry?

Hi Smitha,

As far as the HR policy of Retail is concerned, it is almost the same as that of others. There are only a few changes. This includes leave policies, hierarchy, appraisal styles, etc. However, most aspects remain similar to other policies.
