I am working in an Airline Company (Medium Size - 50 employees). My company wants to have HR participation in the management decisions. Kindly help me out and suggest how I can add value to the organization apart from general HR activities.
Also, I want to do a SWOT analysis of my employees at all levels. Kindly help.
