Dear Friends,
One burning problem with managements versus HR departments is the encashment of earned leaves. I have seen that in most organizations, when paying the accumulated ELs to the employees, they never accept it at once. There should be a minimum of 10 to 15 discussions on this subject before approval is granted. Could any of you please provide me with the right direction on this matter? According to the law, how many leaves should be accumulated in each employee's account, and how many leaves are encashable?
I have gathered some information which is attached in the file. Please go through it and advise.
