Hi,
Please forward me questions for a 360-degree appraisal and also clarify whether there are different questions for different appraisers. Do we need to frame different questions for peers, subordinates, supervisors, and customers, or use the same questions for all of them?
Looking forward to your urgent help.
Regards,

Hi Poonam,
You may have different questionnaire formats for the different categories of respondents or the same questions for all - both practices are acceptable. Usually, the second approach is followed where the respondents mark the questions applicable to them and leave the rest. Also, the data analysis is easier in the second approach.
