Greetings!

Just recently, my boss wants to implement MBO, and he asked me to plan for its implementation. I only know the basic concept of Management by Objective and am currently drafting an MBO sheet/template. What are the key elements that an MBO sheet should contain?

I would appreciate your expert advice on this.

Hi Prashant,

Thank you for replying. The 1st part of the MBO sheet contains:

1. Goals
2. Steps/Measures to be taken to achieve the goal
3. Result/Status

The 2nd part contains:

1. Overall Self-Evaluation
2. Overall Evaluation by Superior

The 3rd part contains:

1. Remaining issues/goals for the next term

I wonder if these are enough or if there are any gray areas here? Please advise.
