I am studying at Gotland University, Sweden in International Business. I am working on my thesis entitled "HR in Training and Development in a Cross-Cultural Context of India and Sweden." I aim to identify the problems, scope, and need for training and development in India and compare the differences in training methods and styles between India and Sweden.

Given the vast nature of training and development, I am focusing on in-house training along with some aspects of outhouse training.
