Hi folks,
I am pursuing an MBA in HR from IMT DLP, currently in the second semester. I work in a consultancy firm as a recruitment executive, where the company has also involved me in business development. However, I am feeling frustrated with my role as a consultant. With a strong background in call centers, I am eager to transition to the HR Department of a BPO.
Can somebody help me in finding the right job? I am based in Delhi. Are there any good websites that can assist me in searching for suitable job opportunities?
Thank you.

Hi Sourabh,
"That is quite a strong statement..."
My boss, cum guide, used to say, "Put in all you can for the job you are assigned, be it Head of Department or Janitor." I am following his advice and feel quite happy with my work profile, as do my colleagues with my work.
Still, in case you want to move to BPO, and you have already worked in them, it should not be a problem for you. Companies such as EXL (Noida) and Convergys (Gurgaon) recruit on a daily basis at their center. They have a walk-in on a daily basis, and you can get on the floor there. Maybe, seeing your background in HR, they might pick you up for HR. (An old colleague had actually applied for CCE but was taken in as an HR assistant 1.5 years back; now she is an HR executive.)
Moreover, you can contact other HR consultants to get the job profile you are looking for. As you are already working with the HR firm, getting a list will not be a problem. Still, to make your work easier, Scare Crow has posted a list of consultants in Delhi along with the contact details on this forum. It might help you.
With regards and best of luck.
