Dear Sir,

Good Day to You

This is to kindly notice that I recently received an increment letter from my company. I was surprised, especially after I checked with others and found out that I received a lower percentage.

I have already performed properly.

How can I express my unhappiness with the increment to our company?

Kindly suggest a sample letter.

Awaiting the best reply.

Regards

Normally, you should not express your unhappiness. The management takes many issues into consideration before they decide on the increment. You can only ask for a review assuring them of better performance in the future. A model letter is attached.
