Hi,

This is too much. The group does not know about your organization, profile requirements, the specific post, designation, salary details, location, or timing - nothing. You quoted simply because you want a slogan. You can even get one from various other advertisements. All this requires a little effort from you, but you simply threw it on the group.

Your slogan may be, "HEADLESS PEOPLE ARE LOOKING FOR A HEAD HUNTER."

NC.

Dear Meenu,

You have received so many replies regarding the particular requirement. Why aren't you providing them? How can we ever help you if you do not give us the details? Please provide us with the necessary information, and we shall assist you with this.

Thanks,
Ceci

Hi All, Seems Meenu is new to the site and for all we know she might not be a pro. So why be rude??? It is nice not to comment if you don’t know how to help her rather than being rude! Regards, Ashra

Well said Ashra but it looks bad if somebody is helping you and you are not reciprocating the same. Regards Sujata

Dear all,

Thank you for your critiques and support. Actually, I don't have any ideas for slogans, which is why I requested your help. I want you to remember one thing: "everyone learns from experience." It takes time to learn. Well, this is for the HR head post.

Dear Meenu,

You have not done your homework. Ideally speaking, the process should be like this:

"Friends, we are giving an advertisement for the so-and-so position, and this is what I have thought about the slogan. Kindly help me in improving the same." I hope you will take care of it.

Regarding my inputs, I think you can use something like this, "Looking for an HR Leader to Lead the Humane of <your company name>." I hope this will help.

Actually whenever you go for putting the add in newspaper your slogan should be short and concise. It should be unique and creative. I would like to suggest : "Kind Attention : Potential’s"

Hi NC,

Don't you think you are slightly harsh in your response to Meenu? Most of the time, the new members of the forum tend to make these types of mistakes as they really do not know how to express themselves on the forum. Why don't you take a softer view on newcomers? Don't you think that as seniors, we should handle these types of situations a little more politely?

Hi,

I was requesting her to specify the job description and roles she is looking for because the slogans depend only on the roles, so I have asked the same thing her. I have made a mistake; I am really sorry.

I would like to thank you because initially, we made some mistakes, so I will not repeat them again.

Dear Meenu,

Greetings!

You can try these slogans:

1. Slogan: "The toughest job you will ever love"
Message behind the slogan: This is much more than just a job; it takes heart to be in the Peace Corps. Join the Peace Corps, and you will be a better person. This job is not about money; it is about helping people.

Dear Meenuji,

In your newspaper advertisement, you may consider including a picture of a ladder where one person is pulling another person from down to up. Alongside, please add the slogan: "NEED HR LEADER FOR ORGANIZATIONAL EXCELLENCE."

Just a suggestion.
