Hi friends,
Researchers say that 'Emotional intelligence' is important for success. I want to know:
1. How to calculate the emotional intelligence of a person?
2. What level of emotional intelligence is required and sufficient for success?
3. How to attain this level of emotional intelligence for success?
4. How to apply our emotional intelligence for success.
Friends, please help. As a student of education and someone interested in success, I am searching, collecting, and applying this knowledge to my life. I am also sharing my experiences and this knowledge with the world at KD Parivar's OM NARAYAN - I call it "GYAN ANUSANDHAN YAGYA."
Please help me in this Yagya by contributing your knowledge.
With thanks and regards,
Vipin

Hi Vipin,
All the answers to your question are in this book called "Working with Emotional Intelligence" by Daniel Coleman. I have started reading it recently, and it is an excellent book.
The only answer unknown to me is how to calculate the emotional intelligence of a person. I am in the process of designing a test on emotional intelligence for my organization. The book has been really helpful.
