Dear All,
Here I am back with another Training Support material "Managerial Expertise". In my previous post, I had received 64 responses for more than 3600 views/downloads. Not bad. 😛 This motivated me to upload such materials again on citehr. This time, I hope I would get more than 64 responses. Actually, these sincere responses from my HR friends help me analyze whether I am really doing well, or if I need any improvements, or if I am going wrong. This encourages me to do more and more for you all. 😄
So, try out the attachment... "DO YOU HAVE MANAGERIAL EXPERTISE??????????????????"

Priya

I thought it to be a serious training material covering Managerial effectiveness....Nevertheless...these ppts cud be used as icebreakers or breathers during a training session. Thanks:icon1:

The PPT looks good. However, if I have to use this PPT and incorporate it into one of my sessions for managers, I feel like it's putting the managers down.
My thought: Does anyone else want to add on or correct me?

1) The usage of the article 'a' was an error. The usage of 'the' would be appropriate. Moreover, you've related each slide as if all animals are from the same place.
2) The solutions were unrealistic. People thinking of real solutions would have to take some steps that doesn't mean complicating; it's just a methodical, focused, realistic, goal-oriented approach. Hope you get my point!
