Can we make salary breakup with the following components
Basic + DA + Other allowance
and
As for ESI contribution wages included Basic+DA+ all allowance which are fixed on monthly basis.
My question is, can we exclude other allowance in respect of wages for making ESIC contribution

All earnings are include to calculate ESIC (i.e. Basic+ DA+Hra+ Allownace +Incentives +Overtime ..etc)
