Over blue-green crystal, sea birds soar, of love I've known I have to see more, secrets of love from the sea for ages, to only know more through its moonlit pages, by this shore many a lover shall meet, but I hear no words, no love shall I see, I'm alone in its velvet arms, why must it be? If I had my love I need not write, we'd be one in the ocean's sight. These secrets I share with my only friend, but the waves say, "love has no end," where is the beginning, where is love's gate? My answer is a song, for tears say to wait.
