I am looking for the format of an Indemnity Bond required to issue the Duplicate Form 16.
In my organization, we currently issue a soft copy of Form 16 that is digitally signed and send it to employees via email. If an employee accidentally deletes the email and needs a new copy of Form 16, is it necessary to request an Indemnity Bond from the employee?
