Hi Sonia,
Beautiful photos, all depicting the love and affection of a mother. The bond is common to animals as well as humans. The feeling of security for the young one is clear from the photos. Good, and thanks for sharing.

I have seen this PowerPoint presentation earlier. Though it's good and very touching, the subject wasn't suitable for this forum. Kindly send such materials to social networking sites (where such immature stuff is greatly enjoyed and appreciated) and not in such professional fora. Kindly keep this site clutter-free. We visit this site to learn/discuss serious matters about HR. Kindly have some consideration for others.
I believe the members of this forum represent the intellectual and aware individuals of society and HR professionals. Initiating and encouraging participation in such "discussions" does not add any professional value. Regards.

Please, no more such uncalled-for emotional atyachar!
My dear hyper-emotional friend,
Kindly spare the members any more of such strictly academic assignment-oriented SWOT analyses. The Professional Members of this forum, who passed B-School when the current batch of B-School students were on their mothers' knees (a favorite phrase of one of the IIM-C professors; sorry for becoming nostalgic), have great respect for their mothers, mothers in general, and for maternal instinct and emotions. We don't need such widely circulated, originated in the West, slideshows to experience this feeling.
Alternatively, (which is a more useful suggestion), why don't you start your own blog on such subjects and send a link here so that all those who are interested can follow your blog, happily ever after.
Regards.
