Could someone please provide me with job descriptions and KRAs for all the departments of a mall? I am unable to create them as I am not receiving cooperation from the department heads. Despite this, I have made an effort and have prepared JDs for the HR and Marketing Departments. I have attached the JDs I have prepared, as well as an organogram for reference and understanding. I would appreciate your opinion on them.
