Hey Aby,
The credit goes to Archana, Devjit, Kiran, Geeti, and the other organizing members. (Sorry if I have left out any names - I have only met these four). I am really not being partial - I do support each and every city and will try my best to do anything that helps organize these meets. If you gather a few bright people and sit among them, you will always gather a few flashes in your head. So please do come to the meet - even if just to meet with the people who work in the same field as you - it'll be worth it.

CHR

Dear friends,
On 19-11-2006, it was a really useful day for me. The 3rd meeting of the CITE HR-Delhi went very nicely with excellent information. I need to support all the participants and also the people involved in organizing the meeting like Archana, Geeti, Nitin, Ashish, Devjit, and others. The valuable presentations by Shri Mathur and Shri Goyal will be remembered for a long time. The new members made the proceedings very meaningful by posing a lot of queries. When I left the meeting, the question in my mind was "When is the 4th meeting?"

Hi Archana, Geeti, Devjit,
It was a much better-planned and organized meeting than the last time. We are truly oriented in the right direction. 😊
I would like to volunteer for the next meeting. I am somewhat limited by my immobility in Delhi as I do not drive or know the city too well yet, but in whatever way I can, I would love to be a part of the organizing committee.
By the way, the discussions for the next meeting were ongoing when I left at 4:15. Where are we now in terms of planning the next meeting? I am sure there are lots of bated breaths over this suspense! 😄

Parichay Dewan.

Hi Ashish, thanks for appreciating the team effort, but I'm very thankful to you as well for making it to the meet. :D
Hello Parichay, I'm so glad that we have one volunteer to help in organizing the next meet.
HEY GUYS, WE ARE WAITING FOR MORE VOLUNTEERS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ORGANIZING THE NEXT DELHI MEET.

Dear Archna, Devjit, Geeti, Nitin, Ashish, and other friends,
Indeed, it was quite useful to meet on 19/11.
Since we have gained momentum and spirit for conducting the meeting, here are my suggestions for our next actions:
1. Decide/Announce the date for the next meeting.
2. Let there be no long gap before the next meeting.
3. Also, decide on the topics and speakers. Two speakers will be sufficient, and allocate time for group discussion.
4. From my side, if agreed upon, I would like to present one or two legal case studies from which HR professionals can learn. (Provided I am not on long leave to go to Chennai.)
Once we finalize the date, topics, and speakers, it will be beneficial for our further journey.
I am leaving for Chennai on 1-12-2006 for 2-3 weeks. I have received information today about an interview in Chennai for the position of "Administration-cum-Accounts Officer."
Perhaps we can meet this coming Saturday/Sunday (25, 26) near PVR for an informal gathering to determine our future course of action for the 4th grand meeting.
Please share your views.
Best wishes,
Senthil Raj

Hi all,
Missed a lot of conversation... I would like to add my thanks to Archna's towards our sponsors and speakers. The meetup surely would not have been the way it was without their support.
Welcome to all the new members in the Organizing Committee. We surely have a lot of responsibility to share. 😊
Thanks, Senthil, your guidelines are actually really effectively planned and to the point. We will definitely work on them ASAP.
Kudos to the spirit of the Cite HR Delhi members. I now feel the current is flowing and gaining momentum.
Cheers!

Dear Annie,
It is our pleasure to have you as one of the volunteers for the team.
Hi Senthil,
I really appreciate your concern. I hope the next team will take care of all the points mentioned by you.
Regarding the 25/26, I may not be free, but surely you all can go ahead.
Hi Shweta,
I don't think there is anything going on in Jaipur, but you can take the initiative and start if there are enough members. You are most welcome to attend the Delhi meet.
Cheers,
Archna
PS: Do read my blog, "Archna HR's Blog," for more on this meet.

Hi Archana, I am keen to Volunteer for the next Cite HR meet, and will take the oppurtunity as an honour. And Thanks for the grand event,we had a wonderful experience. Regards, Monika
Hi,
Great to hear about the success of the meet. All the credit goes to Archana, Geeti, and Nitin. It is not easy to handle it all alone, especially when such a strong helping hand like Devjit is out for some reasons. So, simply speaking, marvelous job by you three. I am ready to volunteer for the upcoming meets... :)
Hey Swetha,
This meet is being organized by volunteer members of Delhi from CHR. If you want to have a meet in Jaipur too, group up all of you guys from Jaipur. Coordinate with each other and organize a meet in Jaipur. Otherwise, you are always welcome for the meets that happen in Delhi. Good luck, Swetha.
Regards,
Kiran.

Hey Guys,
Absolutely marvelously fantabulistically wonderful to see such excitement and enthusiasm... 😄 😄 😄 😄 😄 Organizing meets and stuff is very rewarding, I feel, because it breaks the home-office-home routine. Plus, you get to meet so many people and broaden your horizons steadily. The heartwarming feeling of satisfaction, contribution, and the sense of fulfillment that comes after a meet is something I cannot describe.
And, of course, the friends you are likely to make when you plan, debate, brainstorm, agonize, etc., together are the most rewarding... What do you say, guys? 😄 It is really excellent that so many people are willing to pitch in and carry our Delhi forum forward.
Regards, Devjit

Wow!
What a response! We already have five people volunteering for the next meet: Monika, Annie, Parichay, Joydeep, and Senthil. Kiran and Geeti are already on board. So, guys, your team is ready. Get set to take it up further and start working on the Grand Fourth Meet after your vacations. I'm jealous as our team was not that big. Cheers, Archna!

Archna, you are also there for mentoring us ;-) so don't feel sad.
Guys, please share your numbers. In case you wouldn't like to display them in public, please forward them to me at joydeep.ghosh@gmail.com.
By the way, I am on vacation from tomorrow until 8th December for my brother's marriage but will be in touch.
I suggest we plan for 17th December (Sunday) and we can combine it with a small New Year party, etc. What are your views?

Hi all,
Just today, I was able to log in to my account. Although I was aware of the Delhi Meet, I couldn't attend as my kid was unwell.
So, what's the news? How was the Meet? Archana, when are you going to upload the details?

Are you from Jaipur? Well, I was a team member and volunteer at Cite HR in Delhi, but recently, I have joined a job in Jaipur. I am looking for people to conduct a meeting and a forum for Jaipur residents. I believe you would be interested.
Please let me know your thoughts, as we, the people of Jaipur, should actively participate in such activities.
