Dear Friends,

There is a case where the Deputy Director of ESIC is requesting an inspection of the records from the year 1999-2000. However, it is not possible for us to provide such an old record.

I am inquiring if there are any specific rulings or guidelines regarding the inspection or preservation of records from the last five years?

Thank you,

Regards,
Rajesh
