Dear seniors,

I am an MSW postgraduate, and I want to continue my education. I have two choices, and I would like to get your valuable suggestions. Please advise me on whether pursuing an MBL or an LLB would be a better option for me.

Thank you.

Hi Seetharam,

It is better to study LLB, in my opinion. This will help you secure a position as a personnel manager in the manufacturing industry or enable you to establish your own practice. On the other hand, MBL (Master of Business Laws) is undoubtedly good, but you cannot practice as an advocate.

I hope this information is helpful to you.
