First, I tried 10-15 times then quit. Thought to wait for clues. Went for a lunch break. Took a nap. When I came back, the game was there on the desktop. Tried again. Within 3 tries, I simply found the solution. When I looked for others' comments, I read 'SSONNALL's. Then tried and found one more way to solve this.
