You are required to submit the compliance report as outlined below:
A) SPCB (State Pollution Control Board):
1) Pointwise Compliance Report to the State Pollution Control Board in accordance with the conditions stated in the Consent letters for both Water and Air that have been granted by them. This compliance report must be submitted during the first week of every month based on the conditions specified in the respective consent letters, accompanied by copies of analysis reports for Groundwater, Stack emissions, Air monitoring, wastewater, etc.
2) Water Cess Return: This return includes details such as water source, water consumption in industrial processes, industrial cooling, domestic usage, etc. The format for the water cess return can be obtained from your state board. This return must be submitted by the first week of each month.
B) MoEF (Ministry of Environment & Forest):
1) Pointwise compliance report along with supporting documents should be sent to MoEF once every six months as per the Environment Clearance letter issued by MoEF to your unit.
C) CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board):
Status report on CREP (Corporate Responsibility on Environmental Protection) based on the nature of manufacturing in your industry.
No specific format is provided except for Water Cess. You are required to design the format based on the points mentioned in both SPCB and MoEF letters.
