We are in the process of conducting a Succession Plan and Assessment Centre for our company at middle and senior levels of management. As a part of this, I have already identified competencies and finalized the various exercises and role-plays for the same.

I kindly request if anyone could share with me the formats for recording findings of the assessment centre and a format that can be used to summarize individual performance during the assessment centre.

Dear All,

We received a notice from the P.F. Authority under 7A. During the inspection of the Wages Register, we have peace rate workers. After giving wages, we input overtime (O.T.). Currently, the overtime exceeds the limit permitted by the Factory Act. We believe that the excess overtime falls under the purview of the Factories Act. Please advise.
