I filed a complaint with the internal grievance procedure regarding harassment (not sexual - plain) by a female supervisor. The company went against the policies, didn't disclose the decision of the complaint, found some other reason, and made me forcefully resign from the job.

Do I have legal recourse?

Dear,

If you have resigned, then forget it. If you have not resigned, let them terminate you. They have to be specific while terminating you, and you can seek help from the court against your termination.

Please let me know what course of action can be taken regarding unequal power at the workplace. Where can I complain? My friend is a victim of this, and she has been asked to report to her colleague who has slightly more work experience, but they are both on the same grade in the organizational hierarchy. This seems like a design to frustrate her so that she resigns. Is there any HR national/international forum where this can be brought up? What should she do? Please help.

Thanks.
