I am working with a manufacturing company and am presently working on a Competency Mapping assignment. Could anyone please send me some information that will clearly show how this is done?
I am aware of the basic methodology, but I would like to see how competency mapping appears after applying it to various positions. It would be very helpful if someone who has directly worked on this assignment could provide some insight.
